不同因素对硼交联羟丙基胍胶压裂液低温破胶性影响研究
Effect of Factors on Breaking of Hydroxypropyl Gum/Borate Gelling Fractring Fluid for Low Tem- perature Reservoirs
【摘要】 为解决水基压裂液在陕北油田低温(15℃-30℃)条件下的破胶问题,研究了不同因素对硼交联羟丙基胍胶水基压裂液破胶性的影响。实验发现:在破胶温度一定的情况下,压裂液中的增稠剂加量、体系pH值和不同类型的破胶剂及其加量等对压裂液的破胶均会产生不同程度的影响,其中在破胶剂中影响最大的是三元复合破胶体系。当破胶温度在15℃时,三元破胶体系(NH4)2S2O8/H2O2/ Na2SO3较单一破胶剂(NH4)2S2O8可将压裂液的破胶时间缩短45 h,该体系破胶剂在陕北低温油田应用了30余井次。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of breaking of fracturing fluid in shallow and low temperature reservoirs , the effect of factors on breaking of hydroxypropyl gum/borate gelling fracturing fluid for low temperature reservoirs was discussed. The results show that the influences of thicker, pH value and breaker -on breaking of fracturing fluid exhibit different, and the performance of breaker is better on fracturing fluid. At temperature of 15℃, the breaking time of ternary complex of (NH4)2S2O8/H2O2/ Na2SO3 was shorted 45 hours than that of single breaker of ( NH4)2S2O8. The ternary system has successfully been applied for more 30 wells in Shanbei oil fields.
