生化处理压裂返排液的试验研究

【摘要】 压裂返排液的主要成分是羟丙基胍胶及其它的有机添加剂,具有COD严重超标的污染特征。现在油田废水的处理普遍使用物理法、化学法、物理化学法,处理COD去除率较低,处理后很难达到国家一级排放标准。将压裂返排液在混凝、Fe/C微电解、活性炭吸附等物理化学预处理的基础上进行生物处理,COD去除率达到95%以上,处理后的压裂返排液COD含量达到国家一级标准。并用测耗氧曲线法实验,证明了微电解能够大大提高处理液的可生化性。

【Abstract】 Hydroxypropylguar gum and other organic additives are the predominant components of fracturing fluid recovery,which have excessive CODCr,the most important polluting characteristic of the sewage.Nowadays,chemical,physical and physicochemical methods are widely used in fracturing fluid recovery treatment in field,but all of their treatment effects are comparatively poor,and the sewage after treating is difficult to meet the first grade requirement of general discharge standard of waste water.In this article,biological treatment is used to treat the sewage after preliminary treatment,such as coagulation,Fe/C micro electrolysis and active carbon adsorption processes,and the CODCr removal efficiency could reach over 95%.The results show that the quality of fracturing fluid recovery treated by proper pretreatment and the biological method could meet the first grade requirement of the forenamed discharge standard(GB8976-1996).Furthermore,the article also proves that the biodegrading feasibility of the sewage improves greatly after being micro-electrolyzed through the experiment study of measuring the oxygen consumption of the water.
