稠油破乳剂TKQ的研制与性能评价

【摘要】 针对胜利油田临盘采油厂的高含水稠油,研制出了低温高效破乳剂TKQ。该破乳剂由酚胺树脂聚醚和聚酰胺-季铵盐两种组分组成。结果表明,TKQ破乳剂在温度为30℃,浓度为100 mg/l的条件下,静置90 m in时的脱水率可达90%,水相中含油量在100 mg/l以下,无中间层,与临盘采油厂正在使用的破乳剂及其它商品破乳剂相比,优势明显。破乳剂TKQ对渤海SZ36-1油田的稠油也有很好的脱水效果,具有较好的适应性。

【Abstract】 Demulsifier TKQ was developed with high effective performances under low temperature for heavy crude oils containing large water from Linpan oil extraction plant in Shengli.Demulsifier TKQ comprises of phenol-amine resin block polyethers and quaternized polyamidoamine.The results show that the water removal ratio reached 90% at 30℃,90 min with the dosage of TKQ 100mg/L.And the oil content of wastewater separated was no more than 100mg/L without middle emulsion layer for Linpan watery crude oils.Demulsifier TKQ has higher demulsification capacities than the demulsifier present in use in Linpan oil extraction plant and some other commercial demulsifiers.Demulsifier TKQ also performances well for watery heavy crude oil from SZ36-1 oilfield in Bohai.TKQ has a good adaptability.
