【摘要】 很多学者的研究表明,企业实施有效的逆向物流,既可以带来丰厚的利润,又可以提高顾客满意度、树立良好企业形象、规避政府制裁,从而获取竞争优势。然而,由于逆向物流具有很大的不确定性,尤其是物流量的不确定,使得企业在实施的过程中,往往发现逆向物流系统难以具有经济性,其规划和实施面临着巨大的挑战。本文就造成电子产品逆向物流系统不确定性的一些因素进行了分析和研究,并提出了逆向物流量预测模型,以帮助企业更有效、更经济地实施逆向物流。更多还原

【Abstract】 Many scholars have identified reverse logistics as an effective way to enhance customers’s satisfaction,build up good corporation image,block off the possible punishment by the government,along with the large profit.However,when it comes to the planning and implementation of the reverse logistics system,there are so much uncertainties and uncontrollability in it.Among them especially is the quantity of the take-back goods,which will become a really big challenge.This paper is to analyze the factors caused the uncertainties and build up a mathematical model for forecasting the quantity of the take-back products,which will help the companies implement the reverse logistics efficiently and effectively.更多还原
