【Abstract】 The electro-waste not only causes great dangers to the mankind, but it is also the material resources with very high potential economic value. By strengthening the legal controls on the electro-waste, we can better protect environment, utilize resources rationally, cope with trade barrier and set up the circular economy industry. Therefore, we should take the sustainable development principle and circular economy principle as our guideline, to regulate the electro-waste by setting up the standard of prevention and control pollution and perfecting the system of responsibility, market access and the public participation.更多还原
