【摘要】 本文从分析循环经济与饭店、餐饮业的关系入手,从实施绿色设计和绿色采购、固体废弃物的循环再利用、节能降耗、员工环保培训与参与、倡导绿色消费及使用法规与政策作为驱动力六方面总结了国外饭店与餐饮业发展循环经济的经验,并在借鉴国外经验的基础上提出了我国饭店与餐饮企业发展循环经济的模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyses the relationship between circular economy and hotels and food industries.Then,basing on the experiences of the foreign hotels and food industries’ circular economical development,which were concluded into six perspectives: green design,recycle and reuse of the garbage,reduction of the energy,employee’s training and participation in environmental conservation,green consumer encouragement and driven force from the law and polices,this paper puts forward the circular economical developing model of the Chinese hotels and restaurants.更多还原
