兔肝辅酶Ⅱ依赖性视黄醇氧化还原酶全长cDNA的克隆与分析

【摘要】 目的:克隆兔肝辅酶Ⅱ依赖性视黄醇氧化还原酶(NRDR)的全长cDNA,并分析其特征。方法:根据GenBank中已发表的NRDR的cDNA部分序列信息,运用cDNA末端快速扩增技术得到全长cDNA,然后利用生物信息学的方法对其进行分析。结果:得到NRDR全长cDNA序列,并提交到GenBank。分析发现该cDNA具有短链脱氢酶(SDR)家族的保守模序,而且在5′端同一个读码框架内有2个起始密码子。结论:新克隆的NRDR全长序列在GenBank编号为DQ229110,NRDR蛋白属于SDR家族。

【Abstract】 Objective: To obtain and analysis the full-length cDNA of the NADP(H)-dependent retinol dehydrogenase/reductase(NRDR)in rabbit liver.Methods: According to the partial sequences deposited in GenBank,the full-length cDNA was obtained using the techniques named rapid amplification of cDNA ends,and then,the sequence was analyzed bioinformatically.Results: The sequence was obtained and submitted to GenBank.The NRDR featured two conserved motifs of short chain dehydrogenase(SDR)family and possessed two initiation sites in the same reading frame.Conclusion: the accession number of NRDR full-length cDNA in GenBank is DQ229110,and the NRDR protein belongs to the SDR family.
