槲寄生碱的不同提取方法的研究
Study on different methods for extraction of alkaloids from mistletoe
【摘要】 采用超临界CO2萃取、酸水溶液提取、超声波辅助浸提等3种方法提取槲寄生碱。结果表明,超临界CO2萃取的最佳工艺条件是A2B1C1D3,即温度50℃,压力25MPa,时间1h,夹带剂氯仿;酸水溶液提取的最佳工艺条件是1.5%的盐酸回流提取6h;超声波辅助浸提的最佳工艺条件是A1B2C2,即乙醇体积分数100%,超声时间30min,固液比30∶1。
【Abstract】 Three extraction methods were used to extract alkaloids from mistletoe. The results showed that the optimum extraction of is as follows: temperature 50℃, pressure 25MPa, extraction time 1h, chloroform as a modifier were supercritical CO2 fluid conditions, that 1.5% hydrochloric acid extraction 10h were the optimum reflux conditions, that 100% ethanol, extracting 30min, the rate of solid and liquid 30∶1 were the ultrasonic extraction conditions.
