大孔吸附树脂分离纯化谷胱甘肽的初步研究
Preliminary study on separation and purification of glutathione by macroporous absorbed resin
【摘要】 以产朊假丝酵母提取液作为试验样品进行了大孔吸附树脂sp-207对谷胱甘肽吸附性能的研究,得到分离纯化的最佳条件:上样pH2.0、流速0.5BV/h、70%甲醇解吸,流速1.0BV/h。在最佳条件下回收率78.84%。
【Abstract】 The macroporous absorbed resin sp-207 was applied to purify and enrich glutathione from the extract liquor of Candida utilis. According to the study, the optimal conditions were as follows: the pH of extract liquor is 2.0,SV=0.5BV/h; 70% methanol as eluant and SV=1.0BV/h. At the best conditions, the recovery ratio reaches 78.84%.
