【Abstract】 The food-grade nisin-controlled expression (NICE) system of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) is the over-production and inducible expression system. The food-grade vector pRNB48 is based on the food-gradeα-aga selectable marker, theta replcon, and nisA promoter to construct the Lactococcus lactis NICE system together with the L. lactis NZ9000 for the food-grade inducible over-production expression of interesting gene in Lactococcus lactis.更多还原
