细胞膜通透性调节在发酵代谢中的重要性
Role of cell membrane permeability control on fermentation metabolic
【摘要】 通过物理化学方法调控或通透性突变株的选育,改变细胞膜通透性,促进细胞外营养物质进入细胞内或者细胞内代谢产物分泌到胞外,克服胞内产物的抑制作用,从而增强目标产物的代谢通量。综述通透性调控的理化方法和机制以及在微生物发酵中的应用与通透性变化的观察方法。
【Abstract】 The enhance of permeability could improve the exchanging rate of nutrients from the culture medium into cell; on the other hand, the metabolites are out of the membrance, all of which could enhance metabolic flux of the aimed product by permeable mutation and some physical and chemical methods. The physical and chemical methods, mechanism, application on fermentation and investigation on change of membrane permeability were summarized.
