苹果汁中Vc的HPLC分析及抗氧化性的测定
Determination of Vc in apple by HPLC and the antioxidation effect
【摘要】 用高压液相色谱(HPLC)法测定了苹果汁中Vc的含量。色谱柱:C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:0.01mol/L磷酸氢二氨溶液(pH2.5);流速1.0mL/min;检测波长210nm;柱温25℃。结果表明:回收率为98.50%~101.50%,变异系数为2.24%.并用流动注射化学发光法研究了苹果汁的抗氧化性能.
【Abstract】 The method HPLC was developed for the determination of Vc in apple.A column C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)was used with a mobile phase of phosphate buffur(NH4)2HPO4(pH2.5),the flow rate being 1.0mL/min,detection wavelength at 210nm,and the column temperature being 25℃.the average recovery of the method is 98.5%~101.5% and RSD is 2.24%.The antioxidation effect of apple was studied by the flow-injection chemiluminescence.
