【Abstract】 The problems of the national microbiological criteria of food hygiene were chiefly analyzed and discussed in this paper.In the light of specific conditions of our country,proposals and conceptions were put forward to revise the national microbiological criteria system of food hygiene by using ones of developed countries as well as CAC,ICMSF etc.for reference.更多还原
