尼泊金异丙酯的合成及抗菌活性的初步研究
Study on synthesis and antibacterial capability of isopropy p-hydroxybenzoate
【摘要】 以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂合成了尼泊金异丙酯。单因素法确定了最佳的反应条件。本方法具有产率高、产物纯、污染小等特点。对混合菌群的抗菌实验表明,该产品具有较强的抗菌活性。
【Abstract】 Isopropyl p-hydroxybenzoate was synthesized with toluene-p-sulfomoc acid as catalyst.The optimum reaction conditions were determined.The method has some characteristics,such as the high rate of product,the good purity and the less pollution.The antibacterial experiments show that the products have strong inhibition effect on some bacteriums in rancid creamery.
