【摘要】 针对权系数信息不完全、准则值不确定且不完全的多准则决策问题,提出了一种基于证据推理的方法.该方法通过证据推理算法构造方案的目标函数,结合不完全信息的权系数建立非线性规划模型,使用遗传算法求解模型得到效用值的区间数,从而得到整个方案集的排序.最后以实例表明该方法的有效性和可行性.

【Abstract】 This paper studies a kind of multi-criteria decision making problems,in which the information about the criteria weights is incomplete and the criteria values are incomplete and uncertain.A method based on evidential reasoning for the mentioned multi-criteria decision making problems is proposed.By evidential reasoning algorithms,the objective function of each alternative is constructed,so nonlinear programming models of each alternative are developed with the incomplete information of weight coefficients.After using genetic algorithms to solve these nonliear models,the interval of utility of each alternative is obtained.So the ranking of the whole alternatives can be attained.At last an example is given to explain the feasibility and availability of this method.
