【Abstract】 In order to design an advanced weapon,it is a key step to introduce a comprehensive index.This paper studies the models of operational effectiveness,life circle cost,risk and research schedule about weapons,and gives a synthetic conceptual design method based on synthesizing these four indexes.The four indexes here can represent comprehensive performances about weapons.In this way,some imperfections from considering only few index can be overcame,and this paper provides us a completely new point from the system way.更多还原
