【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the relationship between urban planning and Urban Geographic Information System,and the relationship between physical city and digital city.It showed that the construction of Urban Geographic Information System would support people to know the city and to plan the city reasonably.Then the construction and practice of Urban Geographic Information System in Benxi,which is a very old industry city of Northeast China and has very limited fund,was discussed.更多还原
