【摘要】 目的:观察湿润烧伤膏对减轻鲜红斑痣激光术后疼痛程度及缩短创面愈合时间的疗效。方法:接受激光仪治疗的鲜红斑痣患者62例随机分成试验组和对照组,试验组外用湿润烧伤膏,对照组外用红霉素眼膏,比较两组患者术后疼痛及创面愈合时间。结果:试验组术后疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0．01),疼痛持续时间和愈合时间均明显短于对照组(P<0．01)。结论:湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)对减轻激光术后疼痛、促进创面愈合有明显效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the efficacy of MEBO in relieving pain and promoting healing of the wound after laser therapy of nevus flammeus. Method: 62 patients with nevus flammeus treated with laser therapy were divided randomly into MEBO treatment group and erythromycin ophthalmic ointment treatment group ( control group). The efficacy of the 2 groups was compared. Result: In MEBO treatment group, the sensation of pain was lessened. The duration of pain and the healing time of the wound were shortened. Conclusion: MEBO can relieve pain and shorten the duration of pain and the healing time of the wound.更多还原
