【摘要】 目的：观察美宝胃肠胶囊(GIC)治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效与电子胃镜下溃疡愈合情况。方法：对40例电子胃镜检查确诊为胃溃疡A期的病例,根据自愿原则,分别采用美宝胃肠胶囊(治疗组)和潘舒泰克、胃黏膜素等联合治疗(对照组),疗程均为4周,后行胃镜检查和临床疗效评价。结果：治疗组治愈率为85．7%,对照组为76．9%。结论：美宝胃肠胶囊治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效与电子胃镜下溃疡愈合情况已达到目前国内现行疗法的治疗水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy of MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule in treating gastric ulcers and the condition of the healing of ulcers under gastroscope.Method:40 patients with gastric ulcer at stage A were divided into 2 groups,according to their own will.In treatment group,patients were treated with MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule and in control group with Pan Shu Tai Ke in association with gastric mucoitin.The treatment course was 4 weeks.After treatment, gastroscopy was done to assess the efficacy.Result:In treatment group,the curative rate was 85.7% and in control group, the curative rate was 76.9%.Conclusion:The efficacy of MEBO gastrointestinal Capsule in treating gastric ulcers as as- sessed under gastroscopic examination is up to the therapeutic level of the existing therapy in China.更多还原
