Ag-Ti-O复合膜可见光光催化降解亚甲基蓝
Visible light photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue by Ag-Ti-O doped film
【摘要】 以溶胶-凝胶法制得AgNO3掺杂的TiO2溶胶,选用铝合金为载体,采用提拉法制得Ag-Ti-O复合膜.以亚甲基蓝为目标降解物,评价了膜片的可见光光催化性能.用XRD、FT-IR、SEM等方法对膜片的理化性能进行表征.结果表明:Ag-Ti-O复合膜对亚甲基蓝的可见光光催化降解表现出优异的活性,在AgNO3的添加量为8×10-2mol/L和拉膜次数为3次的条件下,对亚甲基蓝的脱色率可达98%;膜片重复使用8次,活性持续保持良好.
【Abstract】 The Ag-Ti-O thin film loaded on aluminium alloy was prepared via dip-coating method,using TiO2 sol prepared by sol-gel method doped with AgNO3.The photodegradation activity of methylene blue(MB) solution was investigated under visible light irradiation using the doped film as catalyst.Its structure and physicochemical properties were characterized by means of XRD,FT-IR and SEM.The results indicated that the film had good photocatalytic activity to the photodegradation of MB.When adding 8×10-2mol AgNO3 into 1L TiO2 sol and coating three times,the MB decolor rate goes up to 98 %.After recycling 8 times,the yield still could keep up a good level.
