【摘要】 研究分析了商丘黄河故道野生泥鳅的蛋白质和氨基酸组成及其生物学特性.研究表明:其肌肉中蛋白质含量较高,平均值为90.3(干重,%);氨基酸含量较丰富,其中含有7种人体必需的氨基酸,且作为营养指标的赖氨酸含量较高(0.063%,干重).泥鳅的绝对怀卵量与年龄有密切的正相关关系,而相对怀卵量却与年龄有着密切的负相关关系;其体长与体重均与年龄有着密切的正相关关系.更多还原

【Abstract】 The resource of the old Yellow River in shangqiu attaches.The animals in the water are various,and most of them are fresh water fishes;These animals are same to or similar to the Yellow River.Misgurnus anguillicadatus is one kind of them,and it is one of the prime ecomonic fishes,protein and amino acid are high in it’s musle while the fat is relative low It is popular with people for a long time.We can develope good species and explore the resource of fishing,aclording to studing biochemical composition and biological characters of Misgurnus anguillicadatus in the water system.更多还原
