FeCl3·6H2O催化合成乙酸苄酯的研究

【摘要】 FeCl3.6H2O用作合成乙酸苄酯的催化剂.考察了催化剂用量、酸醇比、反应时间、带水剂用量对产率的影响.结果:FeCl3.6H2O与酯化反应的常用催化剂H2SO4相比,具有用量少,无废液排出,操作简便,产品纯度高,不腐蚀设备等优点.

【Abstract】 The FeC13· 6H2O has been used in the esterified catalytic synthesis of benzyl aretate.The relationship between esterfication ratio and reaction condition,Such as the amount of catalyst,the molar ratio of acetic acid to benzyl alcohol,the reaction time,the amount of azeatropic dosage have been investigated.The results show that this catalyst,as compared with the sulfuric acid catalyst,has the advantages of the less catalyst,no used liquid,simplicity in operation,good purity and no eroding equipment.
