金银花提取物中绿原酸的HPLC测定

【摘要】 建立了一种金银花提取物中绿原酸的高效液相色谱测定方法。具体方法为:采用Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)、CH3CN-0.3%H3PO4的溶液(10∶90,V/V)作为流动相,检测波长为327nm,进样量20μL。结果表明绿原酸和金银花中其它成分能获得良好的分离,绿原酸在0.0256~0.0896 mg.mL内线性关系良好,平均回收率97.58%。该法简便、快速、准确,适于金银花提取物中绿原酸的测定。

【Abstract】 To make a rapid and accurate method for determination of chlorogenic acid in the extraction of Flos Lonicerae by reversed-phase HPLC.Experiments were carried out on a Kromasil C18 collumn(250mm×(4.6)mm,5μm);mobile phase:a solution of 0.3% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile(90∶10,V/V);detection wavelength:327nm;injection volume:20μL.Chlorogenic acid in the extraction of Flos Lonicerae was well separated.Chlorogenic acid had a good linearity in the range of 0.0256~0.0896 mg·mL and the average recovery rate was 97.58%.The new method was suitable for determination of chlorogenic acid in the extraction of Flos Lonicerae by reversed-phase HPLC.
