【摘要】 二氧化氯,一种高效的强氧化剂,消毒灭菌剂,越来越受人们的关注,尤其随着环保要求的提高,在造纸行业上的应用优势也日益突显。目前其现场制备方法主要有R6、R8法和R11法,它们的制备原料、原理,以及制备条件、工艺过程各不相同,因而特点也因方而异。它对植物纤维有较强的吸附和穿透能力,能有效地氧化纤维内的有色物质,有选择地去除木素,同时还可以明显降低废水的酸度、色度、毒性及其中的BOD5、CODcr负荷,现将二氧化氯的几种制备工艺及其对纸浆漂白的特点做一下探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chlorine dioxide,an efficient and strong oxidizing agent,used as disinfection and bactericidal agent,is applied to paper making industry.With the emphasis on environmental protection,its application is increasingly prominented.People always use the methods of R6,R8 and R11 to prepare chlorine dioxide on site.Their raw material,working principle,condition and process of preparation for each method,is very different.Chlorine dioxide has high ability on adsorbing and penetrating plant fiber.It oxidize coloring matter in fiber efficiently,and remove lignin selectively.At the same time,it can greatly reduce the acidity,chromaticity,toxicity of wastewater and the loading of BOD₅ and CODcr.This paper researchs on several methods of chlorine dioxide preparation technologies and the corresponding characteristics while bleaching paper pulp.更多还原
