【Abstract】 The function of legal education on youth mainly lies in deterrence,regulation,protection,evaluation,encouragement and belief.The deterrence function is to fortell legal consequence and to warn youth against doing unlawful things.The regulation function is to make youth know legal regulation and to adjust legal behavior.The protection function is to make legal rights realized and to govern their own rights and interests.The evaluation function is to make youth distinguish the right from the wrong according to laws.The encouragement function is to show the value of laws,and to encourage right behavior.The belief function is to adjust the needs in heart and to form a firm faith on laws.更多还原
