无核白葡萄的多糖分离及其单糖组成分析

【Abstract】 To study the isolation of grape ploysaccharide and the analysis of its composition of monosaccharide.Methods The polysaccharides were extracted from seedless grape by hot water and precipated by ethanol,the protein in the product were removed by Sevage method,purified by DEAE-Sephadex A-25 column chromatography with NaCl solution to obtain the polysaccharides.After complete hydrolysis by acid, through the gas chromatography anahysis.Results VLP-W1、VLP-W2、VLP-W3 purified can be testified that the main ingredients of monosaccharide compose are all Arabinose,Mannose,Glucose and Galactose,the mole rate of VLP-W1 are 49.75:28.85:15.29:6.12, the mole rate of VLP-W2 are 51.73:19.93:23.85:4.49,the mole rate of VLP-W3 are 56.75:9.61;17.63:16.01.
