柚树叶中提取香精油的新方法——微波辐射法的研究
A STUDY ON THE NEW METHOD OF MICROWAVE TO EXTRACT ESSENTIAL OILS FROM CITRUS GRANDIS’ LEAVES
【摘要】 采用微波辐射法提取柚树叶中的香精油,通过正交实验比较,结果表明最佳的提取条件为:50g干树叶浸泡2h,在360W×40%下,用100mL正己烷萃取50s得油率为1.03%。
【Abstract】 The essential oil of Citrus grandis leaf is extracted by the microwave method in this paper. The results show that the best condition of extracting is which 50 g of leaf is used is at 360 W*40 % with n-hexane for 50 s, and it obtains the 1.03 % of essential oil.
