【Abstract】 In this paper,the possibility of pork heart as the material for extracting thymosinwas studied.The test showed that the extraction of thymosin from pork heart is feasible by using organic solvent.Thus,a kind of cheap material was found.The orthogonal experiment indicated the optimum conditions of the extract were PH 3.0,water bath time of 10 min,water bath temperature of 85 ℃.更多还原
