叶黄素在功能性食品中的应用进展
PROGRESS ON THE APPLICATION OF LUTEIN IN FUNCTIONAL FOOD
【摘要】 介绍了一种重要的保健食品原料叶黄素的生理功效、制备以及在功能性食品中的应用和广阔的开发前景。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the physiological function,extraction and application of lutein in functional food. The result of the study shows that lutein is an important foodstuff of healthy food, which has great development values.
