高碘酸钾氧化偶氮胂M褪色光度法测定食品中的痕量钒
KINETIC SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF TRACE VANADIUM(V) BASED ON DISCOLORING OF ARSENAZO M OXIDIZED BY POTASSIUM PERIRODATE
【摘要】 基于0.08mol/L的H2SO4介质中,痕量钒(V)催化高碘酸钾氧化偶氮胂M的褪色反应,建立了测定痕量钒(V)的催化动力学光度法。方法检出限为0.17μg/L,线性范围为0.0~8.0μg/L。用于测定食品中的痕量钒(V),结果满意。
【Abstract】 Based on the catalytic effect of trace vanadium(V) on discoloring reaction of arsenazo M with potassium periodate in 0.08 mol·L-1 sulphuric acid solution, a method for the determination of trace vanadium(V) by kinetic spectrophotometry was studied. The detection limit is 0.17μg·L-1 and the linear range of determination is 0.0~8.0 μg·L-1 for vanadium(V). The method has been applied to the determination of trace vanadium(V) in foods samples with satisfactory results.
