【摘要】 本文运用文献资料综述法、问卷调查法、访谈法等方法,从构建和谐社会的人文主义视角出发,重新审视辽宁省田径后备人才培养及其可持续发展问题。以田径后备人才发展的潜力培养、文化素质、人格塑造三方面因素为切入点,对辽宁省田径后备人才培养现状进行调查分析,并提出相应的对策,供领导决策时参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through using the method of literature, questionnaire and interview, from the view of humanism of constructing harmonious society, this paper made survey on sustainable development of talented athletes cultivation in Liaoning province. Taking the potential cultivation, intellectual quality and personality molding of talented athletes development as the key point, the author analyzed the current condition of talented cultivation and put forwarded the corresponding countermeasures for reference of manager’s decision-making.更多还原
