【Abstract】 With the development of sports industry, "CSD"(Center Sports District) not only provides opportunities for commercial investment but also brings along economic increase of other industries, thus a new economic increase chain comes into being and the development of extra cities and districts are accomplished. New circumstances bring along both opportunities and challenges. How to make a way to develop "CSD" with Chinese characteristics is that we need to renovate our ideas and thoughts, to readjust responsibilities and the competence of government, to make the development of "CSD" mode embodies the reigning notion of Chinese government, that is, "to be benign to people, to benefit people, to make their life convenient", to create more idealistic qualities for people’s residence.更多还原
