大豆皂甙提取工艺的研究

【摘要】 对大豆中总皂甙的乙醇提取工艺进行了研究。以齐墩果酸为对照品用吸光光度法,通过L9(34)正交试验,优选了工业参数。结果表明:对提取效果影响因素依次为乙醇体积分数>浸提温度>料液比>浸提时间。最佳提取工艺条件是:体积分数75%乙醇、料液比1:30、浸提温度80℃,浸提时间5h,提取率为1.05%。

【Abstract】 The extraction technology of total soybean saponins in soybean was studied with ethanol as extractor. The best conditions were chosen through L9(34) orthogonal test by spectrophotometry based on oleanolic acid as standard substance. The results showed the first factor affecting extractor productivity was volume percentage of ethonal. The second and the third ones were temperature and rotio of feed liqued respectively. The best extraction conditions were to use 75% ethanols extractor withthe ratio of feed liqued of 1:30 at the temperature of 80℃ for 5h. The extraction productivity was 1.05%.
