【Abstract】 The construction of food safety law system in China has been more and more perfect since the < LAW OF THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA ON QUALITY AND SAFETY OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT> was enacted. And some achievements have been got in the control of food safety.
