响应面分析法优化红花黄色素提取工艺条件

【摘要】 在单因素实验的基础上,利用Box Benhnken中心组合实验和响应面分析法,确定了红花黄酮类黄色素提取的最佳工艺条件,即pH8.9的水溶液为溶剂,液料比25mL/g,提取温度73℃,提取次数3次,每次浸提时间98min。在此条件下,可提取出红花中黄色素总量的98%。

【Abstract】 On the basis of single-factor experiments, the optimum conditions for the extraction of flavonoids safflower yellow pigments were obtained through Box-Benhnken center-united experiment design and Response Surface Methodology. The optimum extraction condition,on which 98% of the total safflower yellow pigments could be extracted, were pH 8.9 water solution as extraction solvent, the ratio of solvent to material 25 mL/g, extraction temperature 73 ℃, extraction 3 times 98 min for each time.
