大枣多糖脱色的工业化试验
Studies on Process of Discoloring the Polysaccharide from Jujube
【摘要】 讨论了大枣多糖的脱色最佳条件,正交试验确定双氧水脱色的最佳工艺:双氧水添加量为多糖溶液体积的40%,调节pH8·8,40℃水浴4h,脱色率可达95·4%,多糖的损失率仅为4·8%。AB-8树脂脱色率可达74·48%,多糖损失率为5·6%,两种方法工艺简单,适用于工业化生产。
【Abstract】 To find out the best condition for the discoloration of polysaccharide from jujube,orthogonal experi-mental design conformthe best condition for the discoloration with H 2 O 2 :put40%H 2 O 2 to polysaccharide solution at40℃with pH8.8,4h.Polysaccharide losing ratio is4.8%and discoloration ratio is95.4%.Using macro-reticular adsorption resin column,the discoloration ratio is74.48%and polysaccharide losing ratio is5.6%.
