早餐工程——南瓜小米营养粥的研制
Study on the Breakfast Project—Processing of Pumpkin Millet Nutritious Gruel
【摘要】 以南瓜、小米为主要原料,配以木糖醇等,经不同条件的适当处理生产出风味独特、营养价值高的营养米粥,通过对比实验确定了最佳工艺条件及配方。
【Abstract】 The nutritious gruel is made mainly from pumpkin,millet,etc,by ways under different optimal con-ditions.It has a distinctive taste and higher nutritive value.The optimum technology and formulation were deter-mined by contrast experiment.
