基于偏最小二乘(PLS)法白酒中乙醇含量的近红外检测
Quick Analysis of Ethanol in Chinese Spirit by Near-infrared Spectrometry
【摘要】 将近红外光谱与偏最小二乘法相结合,对白酒中乙醇含量进行快速准确检测。研究了标准溶液的近红外吸收光谱和一阶导数光谱,采用偏最小二乘法建立校正模型,选择了最佳主成分数,并对实际酒样中乙醇进行预测,得到了比较满意的结果。
【Abstract】 The near-infrared spectroscopy(NIR)and Partial Least Square(PLS)were been used for rapid and accurate determination of ethanol in Chinese spirit.The NIR spectra and NIR first derivative spectra of ethanol standards are studied,PLS calibration method with optimum factor number was applied to establish the relationship model between treated NIR spectra and the ethanol content in Chinese spirit from different sources.The ethanol content of some samples were determined by the calibrations models.A satisfactory result is obtained.
