【Abstract】 It was studied on the culture medium and technology of preparing,isolating chitosan by fermentation with Aspergillus niger.The optimal composition of fermentation medium for Aspergillus niger was:sucrose3%, NAN03 0.2%,K₂HPO₄ 0.1%,MgSO₄·7H₂O 0.05%,FeSO₄ 0.001%,KCl 0.05%.The optimal condition of fermentation was:temperature 28℃,pH7.0,rotate speed 220 r/min.Yield of chitosan was 11.17%.更多还原
