采用褪色光度法测定水中苯胺
Study on the Determination of Aniline in Water by Discoloration Spectrophotometry of Potassium Permanganate
【摘要】 在硫酸介质中,苯胺对高锰酸钾具有褪色作用,且褪色的程度ΔA与苯胺的含量呈线性关系,从而建立了褪色光度法测定苯胺类物质的新方法。该法最大吸收波长为525 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.7×103L/(mol.cm),苯胺浓度在0~4 mg/L范围内符合比耳定律,检出限为0.02 mg/L。利用此法用于水中苯胺类物质的测定,回收率在95.0%~101.7%之间,样品测定的精密度(RSD)为1.90%~2.16%,本法测定结果与标准法无显著性差异,结果满意。
【Abstract】 Abstract It is found that discoloration of potassium permanganate caused by aniline reduction in H2SO4 medium is proportional to the amount of aniline present. Based on this,a new photometric method for the determination of aniline is proposed.The absorptive maximum is at 525nm with an apparent molar absorption of 5.7×103 L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer’s law is obeyed in the concentration range from 0 to 4 mg/L,the detection limit of this method is 0.02 mg/L.It has been successfully used for the determination aniline in water,and the recovery is between 95.0%~101.7%.
