【摘要】 目的探讨中青年人血脂水平和体质量指数与脂肪肝发病的关系。方法收集2002年4~5月在我院体检的年龄在20~55岁人员的体检资料,根据体质量指数和血脂水平进行分组,分析各组脂肪肝的检出情况。结果762例体检人员中,高脂血症者237例,脂肪肝检出率43.36%,而血脂正常组脂肪肝检出率为16.76%;并且随着年龄和体质量指数增加脂肪肝检出率显著上升。结论中青年人血脂水平和体质量指数与脂肪肝的检出率明显相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship of fatty liver with body mass index(BMI) and of blood lipid level in the middleaged and young people.MethodsData of health examination,from April 2002 to May 2002 in Hiser Hospital,of people between 20-55 years old were collected to investigate the relationship of fatty liver with BMI and level of blood lipid.ResultsIn this study,data of 762 people were analyzed.Of whom, 237 were found to have hyperlipidemia and 43.36% of them with fatty liver;for those with normal blood fat,fatty liver accounted for 16.76%.The detection rate increased significantly along with the increase of age and BMI.ConclusionBMI and level of blood lipid are closely related to the morbidity of fatty liver in the middle-aged and young people.更多还原
