【摘要】 目的探讨低位直肠癌行双吻合器保肛术后并发症的预防和治疗措施。方法1998年6月~2004年9月对208例低位直肠癌用双吻合器法行保肛手术。结果术后发生吻合口漏12例,吻合口狭窄8例。结论充分的肠道准备,保持良好的肠管血运,熟练运用双吻合器与正确放置引流管是预防并发症的主要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications in patients underwent anus-preserving surgery for low rectal cancer by applying a double stapler.MethodsAnus-preserving surgery was done for low rectal cancer in 208 cases,from June 1998 to September 2004,by using double stapler.ResultsPostoperative complications were: anastomotic fistula(12 cases),and anastomotic stenosis(8).ConclusionThe principal means to prevent the postoperative complications should include sufficient preoperative bowel preparation,maintain rich intestinal blood supply,correct handling the double stapling device and placing of a drainage tube.更多还原
