【摘要】 目的探讨更具有优越性的腰椎间盘细胞培养方法。方法16例胎儿及成人腰椎间盘细胞分别进行单层培养和立体培养,检测细胞分裂指数,进行对比分析。结果立体培养细胞指数生长期分裂指数较单层培养细胞明显增高(t=5.49~9.61,P<0.05),细胞稳定生长期两者分裂指数无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论立体培养的细胞较单层培养者具有更大的生物学活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study a much better way to culture lumbar intervertebral disc cells. Methods The lumbar intervertebral disc cells of 16 fetuses and adults were cultured by monolayer and three-dimension methods respectively.The cell division indexes were detected and compared. Results The cell division indexes of the three-dimension group were significantly higher than those of the monolayer group during the exponential growth phase(t=5.49-9.61,P<0.05),but not during the stable growth phase(P>0.05). Conclusion Three-dimension cultured cells show more biological activity than those by monolayer culture.更多还原
