【Abstract】 By using the method of documentary,the paper points out the fundamental of allicin relates to following functions:the funciton of eliminating free radicals,the calcium oppress and expansion blood vessel,the anti-arieriosclerosis,the antiblood platelet gathers and improving micro-cycle and supperssing white cell activation etc.The paper summarizes the function of allicin in preventing and curing ischemia-reperfusion injury in sports and provides reference for its further application in Sports.更多还原
