牛磺酸锌对慢性染汞大鼠学习记忆和皮层NADPH-d阳性神经元的影响
Effect of taurine-zinc compounds on learning memory and cortex
【摘要】 目的探讨牛磺酸锌(TZC)拮抗汞对神经系统的损害作用。方法选用健康Wistar大鼠64只随机分为4组,对照组、染汞组、汞+低TZC组、汞+高TZC组,采用Y迷宫和NADPH-黄递酶(NADPH-d)组化,观察了饮用4·3mg/(kg·d)氯化汞(HgCl2)水溶液和不同浓度(0·23、0·46g/L)TZC的大鼠学习记忆能力和皮层一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性的变化。结果汞可导致大鼠学习记忆能力下降和皮层NADPH阳性神经元增加(P<0·05),不同浓度的TZC均可缓解汞致大鼠学习记忆能力下降和皮层NADPH阳性神经元增加(P<0·05),其中汞+高TZC组的保护作用最显著。结论TZC在一定程度上能拮抗汞对神经系统毒性作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of taurine-zinc compounds(TZC)on resisting the impairment of cerebral cortex caused by mercury(Hg).Method Sixty four Wistar healthy rats were divided into 4 groups:control group,Hg group,Hg+low TZC(0.23 g/L)and Hg+high TZC(0.46 g/L).The learning memory ability was examined with Y maze test,the NOS activity in cerebral cortex was measured with NADPH-diaphorase(NADPH-d)histochemistry method.Result It was shown that mercury might induce learning memory ability reducing and cortex NADPH-d positive neurons increasing,and the supplement of zinc could mitigate the damage of learning memory ability and reducing NOS activity induced by mercury,especially the higher dose of TZC.Conclusion TZC might resist some toxic effect of mercury on nervous system in rats.
