轴类零件校直的预留量计算
The Calculation of Allowance in Alignment of Axis Parts
【摘要】 由于在实际生产中压下某一弯曲位置会对其他弯曲位置有很大的影响,造成反复多次下压,影响工作效率,从而不能适应大批量生产的要求,也不能满足对校直精度越来越高的要求。本文针对这一问题,运用空间几何和轴变形理论作为基础来研究对弯曲轴类零件校直时确定校直预留量的计算方法,来达到一次或者仅用几次校直使零件满足精度要求。实验证明这种算法加快了生产节拍,从而提高效率。
【Abstract】 Because pressing on one bending position will affect other bending position, which can’t meet the need of volume-produce and the require of higher precise. This paper deals with the basic principle in alignment of axis parts base on the spatial geometry theory and axis deformation formulation theory.,and presents an arithmetic that can calculate the alignment obligation to achieve the alignment at once or several times. The experiment proves that this arithmetic can improve the yield time and efficiency.
