双孔平行梁式传感器设计的理论分析与实验研究

【摘要】 利用弹性力学有限元法对双孔平行梁式传感器的敏感元件进行应力应变分析,找出了应力应变的分布规律,在此基础上设计出一个量程为150N的传感器,并建造了一个小型实验台。提出了实验研究方案,研究了敏感元件工作点的应力和变形,实验验证了传感器输出与力的作用点无关的特性。理论分析与实验结果比较,得到的结论是有限元法的计算结果与实验吻合,材料力学的计算结果误差较大,双孔平行梁式传感器设计计算应采用弹性力学有限元法。

【Abstract】 Stress and strain distribution of a beam with two parallel holes, which is the key part of a sensor, is calculated by the FEM of elastic theory. The sensor, whose measure extent is 150 N, is manufactured and a small experimental instrument is built. Experimental project is presented to prove the characteristic that the output of the sensor is independent on the applying position of input force. It has been showed that the experimental data are consistent in the one calculated by the FEM, but inconsistent in the data calculated by material mechanics. The FEM in elastic theory is available to the design of the sensor.
