碱—磷渣胶凝材料的结构与性能研究

【摘要】 本文研究了以NaOH和硅酸钠溶液激发磷渣制备碱胶凝材料,并对硬化碱磷渣水泥石孔结构及其水化程度进行了研究。结果表明:硅酸钠的激发效果效果明显优于NaOH,28d的抗压强度比NaOH高约20MPa,并且其28d硬化浆体总孔隙率仅为2.65%,有利于提高其耐久性能。

【Abstract】 Alkaline phosphorous slag cementitious material in which sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide were chosen as activators was studied. At the same time, the pore structure and its hydration were analyzed. The experiment results show that sodium silicate is better than sodium hydroxide as activator, and the strength of 28 day is about 20MPa higher than that of NaOH. The total porosity is only 2.65%, so it is of advantange for improving the durability of alkaline phosphorous slag cement.
