珠江水泥厂配料方案及其水泥特性的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了熟料率值变化对新型干法窑台时产量、熟料物理性能、水泥减水剂相容性、水化热、水泥胶砂抗冲击性的影响。结果表明:与高硅酸率、高铝氧率的常规新型干法窑配料率值相比,当熟料率值为KH=0.90~0.91,SM=1.95~2.00,AM=0.95~1.0时,熟料热耗显著下降,窑台时产量提高,熟料强度,尤其是早期强度下降。但用该熟料磨制的水泥在配制混凝土时具有优良的减水剂相容性,较低的水化热和良好的抗冲击性,特别适合用于道路、机场、管桩制品、高标号、大体积及炎热季节施工的混凝土工程。

【Abstract】 Research is made on the influence of clinker modular value on rotary kiln capacity, clinker physical property, water reducer compatibility, hydration heat and impact resistance of cement mortar. The results shows that when compared with normal proportion of new dry cement kiln, the reduced clinker heat consumption, improved kiln capacity and decreased clinker strength, especially early strength, are obtained when clinker modular value at KH=0.90~0.91, SM=1.95~2.00, AM=0.95~1.0. But when making concrete with such clinker cement, the concrete provided excellent water reducer compatibility, lower hydration heat and good impact resistance, particularly suit concrete engineering, such as road and airport construction, pipe column products and large volume concrete construction in hot weather.
