【摘要】 目的探讨葡萄酒色斑(PWS)的Waner分型、治疗选择及临床疗效。方法137例PWS按Waner分型,其中Ⅰ~Ⅲ型129例,采用Vbeam染料激光治疗;Ⅳ型8例,采用病灶切除全厚皮片移植或扩张皮瓣移位术。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ型PWS103例,治愈率24.27%(25/103),有效率51.45%(53/103);Ⅲ型PWS26例,治愈率3.84%(1/26),有效率11.53%(3/26)。并发症:水泡17例,浅表瘢痕7例,铁锈样色斑13例。Ⅳ型PWS8例,手术后外形明显改善。结论Vbeam染料激光对Ⅰ、Ⅱ型PWS疗效较好,Ⅲ型疗效较差;Ⅳ型手术是最佳的选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the classification of the port-wine stains(PWS), the choice and the clinic efficacy of its treatment.Methods One hundred and thirty-seven cases of PWS were classified with Waner′s standard, in which 129 cases of type 1 or 3 were treated by Vbeam dye laser and 8 cases of type 4 were accepted skin grafting or expanded skin flaps transferring operation after local lesion resection. Results In 103 cases of type 1 or 2 PWS, the cure rate was 24.27%(25/103) and the effective rate was(53/103); while in 26 cases of type 3 PWS the cure rate was 3.84%(1/26) and the effective rate was 11.53%(3/26). The complications included blister in 17 cases, superficial scars in 7 cases, and rusty-colored stains in 13 cases. In 8 cases of type 4 PWS, the appearance were obviously improved postoperatively.Conclusion The treatment with Vbeam dye laser in type 1 or 2 PWS was more effective than that in type 3. This operation is the best choice for treating type 4 PWS.更多还原
